The Opportunity: Step aboard SV Flycatcher and experience the ultimate freedom of off-grid living. As I am temporarily subletting my personal home, this is not a commercial charter but a private, fully equipped basecamp ready for you. Whether you are a digital nomad looking for an inspiring remote office, or an adventurer seeking a slower pace of life, this space is ideal. Minimum rent is a 3-month agreement, with a deposit of two rents.

Rental Terms: Please note that this is a private sublet. The vessel is rented strictly as a stationary liveaboard basecamp at anchor only. No sailing, chartering, or relocation is permitted. Utilities like cooking gas and outboard fuel are paid by the tenant.

Modern Off-Grid Upgrades
Flycatcher has been fully modernized with high-end connectivity and systems:
 

• Global Connectivity: A 5G WiFi router is included in the rent, providing enough bandwidth for standard office work. For heavy data usage, a Starlink Mini is installed on board; the active subscription (approx. 38 CHF / 42 USD per month) is to be covered by the tenant.
 

• 32" Samsung TV with Netflix and Prime Video 

• Energy Independence:
○ Service Bank: 2x 150Ah FelicitySolar batteries supported by 450W solar (250W + 200W).

• Accommodations: 3 Cabins in total, 2 Toilets. Two cabins are fully available for your use. The third cabin remains locked as private storage for my personal belongings while I am in Switzerland. Light and airy interior with 8 hatches.

• Galley: Large custom fridge (Danfoss compressor), gas kitchen, and twin stainless sinks.

• Extra: Dedicated workshop with a full set of electrical and manual tools for onboard maintenance.
